Major General Madia Amme

Bajoran Ambassador to Starbase 410 and former resistance fighter. Madia is responsible for sending Gul Dukat to Rura Penthe minus his fingers and toes. What she lacks in diplomacy she makes up for in fairness and loyalty. She is also in regular contact with the Marquis with whom she sympathises. She has recently entered into a relationship with the chief engineer Lt. Andrew Cornell.

Lieutenant Barella El

Barella is Madia’s right hand woman and chief of staff. She spends most of her time clearing up or averting diplomatic incidences the Major causes whenever she gets together with the Klingon ambassador Ke’reth, she is usually aided in this by Ke’reth’s chief of staff b’Sel.

Major Evad

Evad is the security officer at the Bajoran Embassy. He was sent to guard the ambassador after several attempts on her life by the founders. But regularly fails in this the most recent being when Madia was accosted by a newly arrived Starfleet Officer. He has been joined in his duties by Luke.

Vedek Sespirie

The Vedek is responsible for the spiritual well being of the Bajorans aboard the Starbase. She has recently returned from a spiritual retreat on Bajor.

The very secretive Romulan ambassador. Not a lot is known as he keeps himself to himself. Recently caught using a spy camera on the Starbase by KharIS. Expert in evading assasination attempts, as both Klingons and Romulans know to their cost.

He has recently announced his betrothal to the Klingon (??) Chief of Staff b’Sel.

Quek

Quek is a Ferengi trader who is the Starbase 410 equivalent of Deep Space Nines Quark, only taller. He is now also the Ferengi ambassador to Starbase 410. Quek holds the Ferengi military rank of Pilch.

A clothed Ferengi female who works for Quek. She holds the Ferengi rank of Mul.

An Andorian who was an administrator aboard an Andorian trade ship. She recently found herself representing Andorian interests on the station and has become the Andorian Ambassador to Starbase 410.

S’reya is an Orion slave girl who was brought by Madia Amme when she came aboard the Starbase with her Ferengi owner and we all no how Madia feels about the Ferengi subjugation of women. It was Madia’s intention to free S’reya but the Orion girl refused her freedom on the grounds that it would be too disruptive to the male population of the Starbase. This being the case she works for the Bajoran Embassy under the supervision of Barella El whose main problem is keeping Lt. Evad away from her. She is taking lessons from S’ena on controlling her pheromones.

A rogue Timelord who has spent the last 8,000 years exploring many planets and universes and has stopped on Starbase 410 for some reason yet to be revealed.

Whilst here he usually causes all sorts of mayhem and thanks to him Starbase 410 has seen it’s share of Aliens/people from different timelines, dimmensions and realities.

Three of Four Primary adjunct to Unimatrix Zero Zero Two

Three of Four is Borg drone that is still connected to the Hive mind and feeds data back to the collective. The drone is believed to have once been a human female and has been sighted on numerous occasions although no one has been able to get close enough to disarm it.
