Welcome to the Romulan Embassy on Starbase 410. As a result of the recent alliance between the United Federation of Planets, the Klingon Empire, and the Rihanssu Star Empire, a diplomatic mission has been established to facilitate trade and consolidate friendships between us.

It was said by a wise Terran that "those who do not understand their history are doomed to repeat it" and this mission has been established to prevent "historical plagiarism".
